POWER IN THE 11TH HOUR
PASSIONATE PRAYER WARRIORS
There is a portal opened in heaven over each place on earth
when God's people begin to pray in the plans
and purposes of God Our Father and Jesus His Son when we allow Him to activate and our beings
by His Holy Spirit.
The Awakening to God is already gaining place in the hearts and
minds of His People.
In and by and through the unction of prayer and intercession as
we wait upon The Lord who gives us utterance.
The Lord said,
"Not by Might, Not by Power, but By My Spirit."
How else will His Spirit move into the earth if we do not
begin to operate in His Love?
When He pours out
His Spirit of Prayer and Supplication
will you be a willing vessel in the day of His Power?
"Begin again He says, I will hear you and answer you!"
"Remember, I bought your right to pray and be answered with My Son's Precious Blood.
To enter in boldly to My throne room where that same blood is sprinkled on the mercy seat.
To claim your authority as High Priests in My Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven."
The Lord adjures you:
"Appropriate My Blood when you pray. Come under it's protection.
Be shrived in The Blood of The Lamb.
When the evil one attempts to come near your home, your towns, your schools he will see the blood and be unable to steal, kill or destroy!"

I was inspired to create This Banner of The Holy Spirit for the occasion of Good Friday, 2014.
It was lifted up over the people during the open air
Ecumenical Service
of the Churches of Monmouthshire
at Monnow Bridge on Good Friday.
The Rhema Word of the banner is:
Like unto WIND....
"I will come and breathe new life into My People. I will pour out by
My Spirit upon them a spirit of prayer and supplication.
Like unto Water...
I will baptize My People into newness of life with the cleansing of
The Water of My Word.

Like unto Fire....
I will refine and consecrate My People
to be fit for bringing the baptism of My Spirit to cast
My Fire upon the earth to redeem all creation
by the utterance of My Words in their mouths.

Arthur called out by The Lord away from his work as a pastor at an Anglican Church in England
to live among the Welsh people.
He heard this prophecy given forth by a young lad.

And there shall be no Ebb...
I was expelled from the Church of England in 1934 for embracing the Pentecostal revelation, the baptism of the Spirit, speaking with other tongues. Right after that, a prophecy came. I
remember it as if it was last night. I walked over to a piano and looked at the open Bible, it was open there at this Word: “For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come....”
At the meeting that night, not a Church of England meeting, but a Pentecostal meeting, the Spirit
of God fell upon a young man and he prophesied. I think it’s about the only prophecy I can
remember word-for-word in my entire life. It’s like a scar inside of me!
“It shall come as a breath…
And the breath shall bring the wind…
And the wind shall bring the rain.
And there shall be floods and floods and floods…
And torrents and torrents and torrents.
Souls shall be saved like falling leaves from mighty oaks swept by a hurricane.
Arms and legs shall come down from heaven…
…And there shall be no ebb.”
I remember that, “Souls shall be saved like falling leaves from mighty oaks swept by a
hurricane.” There was another part about “the rich and the poor embracing each other in the streets of New York.” But the final thing was...“And there shall be no ebb.” No ebb!
Arthur Burt tells how human pride got in the way in past moves of God and they were “ebbed” but the last one will continue because He will see that “no flesh will share in God’s glory” (1 Cor. 1:29). Praise God!
About Arthur Burt
Many from around the world have visited his home, Bron Wendon, in Penmaenmawr, North Wales, and many have to the annual “Living Waters” conventions. Many know the story, “A house for the glory of God.”
Arthur and Marjorie Burt were married for 65 years and had nine children and more than 50 grandchildren and great-grandchildren. As a family man, a preacher, teacher and storyteller, he’s been known in the churches around the world as “Uncle Arthur.”
He came to Wales from Paddock Wood in Kent, England, where he was a pastor. One day in Paddock Wood the Lord spoke one Word to Arthur: “Go.” He gave up his work in Kent and has taken a very specific message to some 44 nations for than 50 years. He said

He’s often said, “Big doors swing on little hinges.” Arthur Burt’s life changed when he
answered the call of God to “Go.” Consequently, many lives all over the world were
changed and refocused as he freely poured out the Word the Lord had given him.
His stories, teaching and proclamations echo deep ponderings over the Word. While he
searched out the mysteries of the Kingdom, his life became an adventure exploring the
ways of God in many nations. With spontaneity, humour and serious outcries, Arthur
proclaimed, “Prepare! We’re in the last of the last days! Humble yourself! He’s calling
for a people who can handle the Presence of God to the Glory of God! Jesus did
everything with nothing. (John 5:30) We are ushering in the dawn of a new
day. The time is at hand-the dispensation of the fullness of times, where there shall be no
ebb….”
